Sign Won't Light Up
A dark sign is almost always one of three things: failed LED modules, a dead power supply, or a wiring fault. Guessing wrong wastes money, so we open the sign and test it component by component, then replace only what actually failed. If the whole lighting system is at end of life, we’ll tell you straight and quote a retrofit instead of billing repeat service calls.

Faded, Cracked or Missing Faces
Texas sun bleaches sign faces years before the structure wears out. We fabricate replacement faces in-house (polycarbonate and acrylic for cabinets, formed faces for channel letters), matched to your brand colors in UV-stable materials so the new face doesn’t fade to a different shade than the old one did. Structure’s still good? A face swap costs a fraction of a new sign.

Fluorescent to LED Retrofit
If your sign still runs fluorescent tubes (or first-generation LEDs that are burning out one section at a time), a retrofit is usually the cheapest way to make an old sign look new. We strip the old lighting, install modern LED modules and power supplies sized for the cabinet, and the result runs brighter and cooler on less power, with parts that are actually still manufactured when service is needed.

Do you repair signs you didn't build?
Yes. Most of our repair calls are signs someone else made, including orphaned signs whose original company is gone. If it's a commercial sign in the Houston area, we can diagnose it.
How fast can you get to a broken sign?
Send photos and the address and we'll schedule the diagnosis. Storm damage and safety hazards get triaged first, and we'll tell you up front what the fix involves.
Repair or replace — how do I know?
The survey decides. If the structure is sound, a face swap or LED retrofit costs a fraction of a new sign; if it isn't, we'll show you the damage photos and quote a rebuild from our own fabrication shop.
Does sign repair need a permit in Houston?
Like-for-like repairs usually don't. Structural changes or electrical work can, and as a licensed Texas sign contractor (TSCL #19124) we handle the permitting when it applies.
Can you maintain our signs on an ongoing basis?
